Warranty & Return Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy explains our warranty coverage and return process:
• Warranty: Our LED products come with warranty periods of 2, 3, or 5 years depending on the specific product model and category. Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors. IT solutions come with support and service-level agreements as defined in the project proposal or service contract.
• Return Eligibility: Physical products are returnable within 15 days only in the case of verified manufacturing defects and if unused and in original packaging. Digital products/services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Return Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. Once verified, a return label or instructions will be provided.
• Refund/Replacement: Upon successful inspection or agreement, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to our error.
